MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION

Preamble: Recognizing the need of Vedic astrologers dedicated to seeking tools for predictive accuracy, the founder-members decided to set up an International Institute of Predictive Astrology (IIPA) on the Internet with its headquarters for incorporation in the United States of America.

IIPA is a non-profit organization devoted to the cause of spreading tools for predictive accuracy.

Objectives: The International Institute of Predictive Astrology (IIPA) was formed to provide a voice for the practitioners of the Systems’ Approach to Interpreting Horoscopes as developed by Professor V.K. Choudhry of Gurgaon, India.

The organization hosts an Internet mailing list called Systems’ Approach to Vedic Astrology (SATVA), along with regional and international workshops, and other activities and interactions among members.

Members are FULL or ASSOCIATE. These are practitioners of Systems’ Approach, or students of Systems’ Approach, respectively.

If you are interested in joining an astrological organization dedicated to predictive accuracy, and to uplifting astrology’s position in the world, then please consider joining the IIPA.

There is no cost for membership. Individual members are free to establish regional chapters in their own areas and countries, and to hold workshops, conferences, seminars, etc. This website is dedicated to publishing ongoing information on the Systems’ Approach, including special events, chart analysis, and other relevant activities.

Members are encouraged to submit articles for publication on this site.

Organization

The organization would be central with Chapters in different countries.

Management:

The Management of IIPA at central level would be run by the following:

Chairman: Mr. V.K. Choudhry
President & Secretary General – Mr. David Hawthorne
Organizing Secretary – Mr. Brian Conrad
The management at the central level will include main appointments of the Chapter leadership, running the list for exchange of views, and to co-opt persons for managing the affairs of IIPA whenever and wherever, necessary.

The management at the Chapter level will be run by the chapter leadership who can seek help from central leadership as and when required.

Term of Office:

Whenever an office bearer wants to step down from office, another member can be co-opted for filling up the vacant position.

Activities:

The activities of the Institute for the present are:

Spreading the knowledge of astrology based on the Systems’ Approach to Interpreting Horoscopes as developed by Professor V.K. Choudhry of Gurgaon, India.

Exchange of views amongst members

Holding regional workshops

Holding annual conference in which all members are invited

Meetings:

As the communication is dynamic on the Internet, no separate meetings are considered necessary. Any point for discussion regarding the organization can be brought to the notice of the Secretary General.
